About USA Building Maintenance
USA Building Maintenance was formed to provide a high level of service and quality in all types of commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, evaluations, assessments, and much more. We have the experience and resources necessary to solve your roofing issues in a professional and timely fashion.
Our goal is to ensure long-term relationships with our customers through honesty, quality workmanship, quick response time, communication, and above all a safe workplace for our employees and clients. USA Building Maintenance is the contractor of choice for your emergency roofing repairs, preventative maintenance, and more. We currently assist our client’s needs in South Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, and Maryland with expansion continuing each year.
USA Building Maintenance was established to separate our service division from our parent company, which has decades of industry experience, to ensure we can provide the attention required to be the best at what we do. We are a 2nd generation family-run business. We can handle anything from your smallest emergency leak repair, to roof coating installations, future budget preparation, asset management, and roof maintenance programs.
We are licensed, bonded, and fully insured. With experience in built-up asphalt, single-ply, modified bitumen, steep slope shingle, slate tile, and standing seam metal roof systems, USA Building Maintenance Inc. is ready and committed to exceeding your expectations.
